However we don't just throw you in the deep end; our ongoing training & coaching is an extremely important part of our trainee programme.

Welcome on board

In order to give you your first exciting insight into the company and all the relevant information, you can find out more about the WALTER GROUP before your first day at work already. Our onboarding begins when you sign your employment contract. Take a look at your personal WALTER GROUP profile before your first day of work.

Your proper start takes place in your first week in the company. Right from the get-go you will receive an overview of the organisation, the corporate culture and get to know your colleagues better. Taking this forward, you will go on to deepen your knowledge as part of the trainee programme.

Perfect preparation for the young professional

Our multi-month trainee programme has a modular structure and is divided into 4 training blocks. It starts on two appointed dates every month. Training blocks and job rotation alternate. This will prepare you perfectly for your upcoming duties. Our goal is to find a position in the WALTER GROUP that best suits your talents.

What specialised knowledge do I need?

Our vacancies are primarily directed towards graduates from vocational schools and academies, universities of applied sciences and universities with a focus on economy, languages and technology. So you don't need any specialised knowledge. We impart the necessary know-how for your professional success in our "Train the Winner" trainee programme for newcomers.

When does the trainee programme begin?

There are no fixed start dates. The trainee programme is individually tailored to you and starts immediately after you join the WALTER GROUP. It comprises solid basic training and in-depth specialist training according to your future job assignment.
