Mark Twain once said, 'you have to travel to learn'. And as it happens Michaela didn't just encounter foreign countries during her seven-month world trip. She also realised what professional path she wanted to pursue once she was back home: LKW WALTER. But even from afar it was easy for the Tyrolean to decide on obvious matters at home as she had been offered a long-term position at the company before her departure.
Michaela started her new job as soon as she returned. "Undoubtedly it was the right decision at that time. Working here has much in common with travelling. You get to know amazing people, experience incredible linguistic and cultural diversity and you never stand still". Her decision also meant that the enthusiastic dulcimer player continues to have time for her music. Her first CD with folk songs from different European countries will be released soon.
