Compliance
Compliance means adhering to legal and company regulations. Our business activities are in accordance with the law, our Code of Conduct and the additional internal guidelines and instructions. For us compliance is an integral part of our corporate and social responsibility.
The compliance guidelines set out in our Code of Conduct are supplemented by our "We Care" whistleblower system. Employees, business partners as well as third parties have the opportunity to report illegal behaviour here - in particular in the areas of economic crime, corruption, employee-, data- and environmental protection.
