Deine Aufgaben

Benutzer- und Lizenzverwaltung: Du erstellst und verwaltest Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365
Security & Compliance: Du setzt Richtlinien für Datenschutz, Zugriffskontrolle und Compliance-Anforderungen um – inklusive Conditional Access Policies
MDM / Intune: Du betreust Microsoft Intune (MDM), definierst Policies und unterstützt beim Geräte- und App-Management im MS-Cloud-Kontext
Systemintegration & Optimierung: Du führst neue Funktionen ein, verbesserst Prozesse und automatisierst wiederkehrende Tasks (z. B. mit PowerShell)
Projektarbeit: Du wirkst bei Migrationen, Updates und Rollouts von Microsoft 365-Diensten mit – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung

Dein Profil

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive…)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune sowie ein gutes Verständnis für MDM-Themen
Erfahrung in PowerShell-Skripting und Automatisierung
MS Azure Zertifizierung von Vorteil
Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance-Anforderungen
Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest strukturiert und findest Lösungen, die im Alltag funktionieren

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung – bei € 55.000,-- brutto pro Jahr. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich zusammen aus 14 Monatsgehältern und einer garantierten Prämie.

What working hours can I expect?

Based on the legal regulations we work 38.5 hours per week. Our working day starts at 8:00 am. However, with the help of our flexitime, you can also start your working day between 7 and 9 am and end your working day earlier or later accordingly. We don't work night shifts and, of course, we enjoy our free time at the weekend. As a full-time employee you are entitled to 5 weeks holiday annually. What's more, the WALTER GROUP gives you the opportunity to work from home as well as 38.5 additional hours of compensatory time-off for the times when you have to work longer.

How can I travel to my workplace?

In addition to public transport, we provide a free shuttle bus service for our Wiener Neudorf employees between Vienna and Wiener Neudorf. The Kufstein site is very central and is perfectly reachable by public transport (bus or train). Those who travel by car can use our free parking spaces (car parks) at both sites.

What do you do for work-life balance and health?

Performance is a very central aspect in the WALTER GROUP. At the same time, balance, health and a family-like working atmosphere are all very important to us.

For a good work-life balance we support sport activities such as beach volleyball, football, running, skiing, tennis and spinning.

What is there for lunch?

That depends on whether you work in Kufstein or Wiener Neudorf. If the latter, you can enjoy a low-cost staff restaurant with 5 daily menus to choose from. In Kufstein, you can eat in selected restaurants - financially supported by the WALTER GROUP.
