Um unsere Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsstrategie konsequent weiterzuverfolgen, suchen wir neugierige und wissbegierige Automatisierungsspezialist*innen mit Fokus auf Robotic Process Automation und Künstliche Intelligenz für unseren Bereich Automation Services.

In dieser Rolle gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer automatisierten Prozesse aktiv mit und begleitest die Umsetzung von RPA-Lösungen von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Du analysierst gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern die bestehenden Abläufe, identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und übersetzt diese in robuste, skalierbare Software-Roboter. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit diversen internen Rollen zusammen, bringst dein technisches Know-how ein und stellst sicher, dass Automatisierungen nicht nur entwickelt, sondern auch nachhaltig betrieben, weiterentwickelt und im Unternehmen erfolgreich ausgerollt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

RPA Entwicklung & Umsetzung! Du designst, entwickelst und testest Software-Roboter und begleitest die Umsetzung von der ersten Idee bis zum produktiven Go-live – inklusive Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
Automatisierungspotenziale! Gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern analysierst du bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst geeignete Prozesse für RPA und leitest daraus konkrete Automatisierungs-Use-Cases ab
Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung! Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb deiner Automatisierungen sicher, überwachst Bots, behebst Störungen und entwickelst bestehende Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter, um Effizienz und Nutzen zu steigern
Technik & Business! Du verbindest technisches Know-how mit den Anforderungen des Business, übersetzt fachliche Bedürfnisse in umsetzbare Automatisierungslösungen und berätst Stakeholder bei der optimalen Prozessgestaltung
Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit! Eingebettet in ein starkes Team arbeitest du eng mit unterschiedlichsten Rollen zusammen, stimmst Abhängigkeiten ab und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung der Automatisierungen

Dein Profil

2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im RPA-Umfeld (z. B. UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Tungsten Automation) sowie in der Softwareautomatisierung
Erfahrung mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau
Hohe Technologieaffinität für Prozessautomatisierung und Digitalisierung, gepaart mit Interesse an KI, AI-Agenten und deren praxisnaher Anwendung
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, flexible und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie rasche Einarbeitung in neue Themen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
Kenntnisse in JavaScript oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung – bei € 55.000,-- brutto pro Jahr. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich zusammen aus 14 Monatsgehältern und einer garantierten Prämie.

What working hours can I expect?

Based on the legal regulations we work 38.5 hours per week. Our working day starts at 8:00 am. However, with the help of our flexitime, you can also start your working day between 7 and 9 am and end your working day earlier or later accordingly. We don't work night shifts and, of course, we enjoy our free time at the weekend. As a full-time employee you are entitled to 5 weeks holiday annually. What's more, the WALTER GROUP gives you the opportunity to work from home as well as 38.5 additional hours of compensatory time-off for the times when you have to work longer.

How can I travel to my workplace?

In addition to public transport, we provide a free shuttle bus service for our Wiener Neudorf employees between Vienna and Wiener Neudorf. The Kufstein site is very central and is perfectly reachable by public transport (bus or train). Those who travel by car can use our free parking spaces (car parks) at both sites.

That depends on whether you work in Kufstein or Wiener Neudorf. If the latter, you can enjoy a low-cost staff restaurant with 5 daily menus to choose from. In Kufstein, you can eat in selected restaurants - financially supported by the WALTER GROUP.
