Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und proaktiv? Dann übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung und Umsetzung von unterschiedlichen IT Projekten (zB Hardware Erneuerung, Umstellung Serverüberwachung, Windows Server Lifecycle…)
Ihr analytisches Denken und Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten können Sie als interne Anlaufstelle und Schnittstelle zu Partner*innen und IT-Dienstleister*innen täglich leben
Als Spezialist*in für (Windows-)Server Infrastruktur kümmern Sie sich um den reibungslosen Betrieb von mehr als 200 physischen Servern
Technische Dokumentation ist Ihnen kein Fremdwort
Gestalten Sie ein technisch anspruchsvolles und komplexes Infrastrukturumfeld auf Enterprise Niveau

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung - im Enterprise Umfeld wünschenswert
Gute Kenntnisse mit Server Infrastruktur, Windows und SAN
Gute Deutsch- und Englisch–Kenntnisse (min. B2)
Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft

Bonuspunkte:

Basiswissen vSphere, Linux, Netzwerk und Security
Erfahrung mit HPE Hardware

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung – bei € 55.000,-- brutto pro Jahr. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich zusammen aus 14 Monatsgehältern und einer garantierten Prämie.

What working hours can I expect?

Based on the legal regulations we work 38.5 hours per week. Our working day starts at 8:00 am. However, with the help of our flexitime, you can also start your working day between 7 and 9 am and end your working day earlier or later accordingly. We don't work night shifts and, of course, we enjoy our free time at the weekend. As a full-time employee you are entitled to 5 weeks holiday annually. What's more, the WALTER GROUP gives you the opportunity to work from home as well as 38.5 additional hours of compensatory time-off for the times when you have to work longer.

How can I travel to my workplace?

In addition to public transport, we provide a free shuttle bus service for our Wiener Neudorf employees between Vienna and Wiener Neudorf. The Kufstein site is very central and is perfectly reachable by public transport (bus or train). Those who travel by car can use our free parking spaces (car parks) at both sites.

What do you do for work-life balance and health?

Performance is a very central aspect in the WALTER GROUP. At the same time, balance, health and a family-like working atmosphere are all very important to us.

What is there for lunch?

That depends on whether you work in Kufstein or Wiener Neudorf. If the latter, you can enjoy a low-cost staff restaurant with 5 daily menus to choose from. In Kufstein, you can eat in selected restaurants - financially supported by the WALTER GROUP.
