As a future expert for our mobile, highly flexible modular systems, you will advise international construction companies, manufacturing and trade companies, as well as municipal institutions. And you will be doing this all over Europe. For this reason, you will spend approx. 50 percent of your time in your target markets, in order to quickly and easily implement space solutions according to the requests of your customers. Even when you join CONTAINEX, you should bring some important, success-related skills: high self-motivation and perseverance, for example. But also social skills, the ability to network well and a good "nose for the hunt". Plus a strong talent for communication, because you are always in close contact with customers, our Customer Service Managers and Technicians. Which is why we also expect team skills and a basic technical understanding from you. Everything else you will learn in our 6-months trainee programme which makes you fit for the following tasks:

  • Take responsibility for your own sales area
  • Oversee regular customers and key accounts
  • Discover potential new customers and get them interested in our products
  • Calculate and negotiate prices and conditions
  • Introduce customers to the almost limitless possibilities of our container solutions and thus provide information and spread the word on this fascinating alternative

You can join without industry knowledge in the context of an intensive trainee programme which we call "Train the Winner".

Accompanied by your own coach, you will improve your professional and social skills and continuously grow into your future roles. Because the WALTER GROUP is constantly and sustainably growing, new career opportunities always arise.
Generally professional experience or industry knowledge are not necessary for entry into our operational business. Because we educate new employees as part of our "Train the Winner" trainee programme and we cover both theory and practice. However, there are some areas in which we greatly appreciate relevant experience and previous knowledge. For example, in our IT, Legal or Sales departments, where we can offer (young) professionals attractive career opportunities. Our recommendation: Just take a look at our employment opportunities.
The classic apprenticeships such as freight forwarding manager or office clerk are not offered in our company.
