Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
We encourage you to apply for the position that interests you most. If there are other positions that you are interested in, please mention this in your application as a supplementary note. We generally review your application for all vacancies. Accordingly, we will contact you if we have a more suitable position on offer.
Do I need a work permit for Austria?
No, if you are a citizen of an EEA country. Yes, if you come from a third country. In this case, you need a residence permit as well as the work permit. Of course, we are happy to help you with submitting the application.

How good must my German language skills be?
German is our company language. In order to be able to communicate sufficiently with all employees in your training and internal communication, we require a minimum entry level of B1 in German. Better still would be B2 (according to the European reference framework for foreign languages).
When does the trainee programme begin?
There are no fixed start dates. The trainee programme is individually tailored to you and starts immediately after you join the WALTER GROUP. It comprises solid basic training and in-depth specialist training according to your future job assignment.
